Legacy Park Tennis Club Dues

In order to play on a Legacy Park Team, each player must be a member of the Legacy Park Tennis Club. Fees are due each calendar year. This is NOT registration for an ALTA or USTA team.

Legacy Park Resident
Adults: $40 per year
Juniors: $25 per year
Family Plan: $100 per year

Non Legacy Park Resident
Adults: $40 per season or $90 for the year
Juniors: $20 per season or $40 for the year

In order to complete your registration, you must read and consent to the medical release form below. Medical Release I/We the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the aforementioned child permit him/her to participate in all practices and games during the sports season. I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental to participation, including transportation to and from activities. I/We do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Legacy Park Sports League, its sponsors, supervisors, participants, volunteers and coaches for any claim resulting in injury to the above named child. I/We do hereby agree to hold harmless Legacy Park Communities, Legacy Park Homeowners Association, Inc. from any responsibility or liability for the health and well being of my child during participation in the Legacy Park Sports League. I/We hereby grant permission to the adult managers, coaches or volunteers to obtain medical care from any licensed physician, hospital or medical clinic for my child at such time as either parent or legal guardian cannot be contacted in person or by telephone.
