With the implementation\nof the 6ft social distance guidelines as well as sandbags\, rucks and medicine balls; we focus on core strength\nand conditioning through a combination of functional fitness\, resistance training and plyometric movements\nthat can be performed anywhere by anybody. \nWilson Washington III is the Owner and Creator of tRUCK FITNESS\, LLC. Wilson is a #veteran of the United\nStates Marine Corps\, husband and father of 4 wonderful boys. Wilson created tRUCKFIT with one Goal in\nmind… remove the excuses!
