Selling Your Home & Want to Host an Open House?

Legacy Park supports open houses with a few simple guidelines to follow.

At the June 19, 2008 Board of Directors meeting, a proposal from the Legacy Park Marketing Committee was approved to allow official “Open House” signs on common property, but only Legacy Park-approved signs may be used.

How It Works:

Official Open House Signs are Available
The HOA provides branded “Open House” signs for use within Legacy Park. These signs are the only ones permitted on common property during open house weekends.

Sign Checkout Details:

• $40 refundable deposit per sign
• Available starting Tuesday before the weekend
• Signs are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis
• Signs may be used for one weekend at a time only

Important Rules:

• Signs may only be displayed on Saturday and Sunday
• All signs must be removed by Sunday at midnight
• Signs must be returned to the HOA office by 2:00 PM on Monday
• If a sign is left out after Sunday or returned late, the deposit will not be refunded
