ARE YOU SELLING YOUR HOME & WANT TO HOLD AN OPEN HOUSE? At the June 19, 2008 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved a proposal made by the Legacy Park Marketing Committee regarding open houses. The HOA has created a Legacy Park “open house” sign and these specific signs will be permitted on common property. Home sellers/agents are permitted to check out open house signs, in exchange for a deposit of $40.00 per sign.
