Northgate at Legacy Park Homeowners are governed by a separate HOA Board, HOA documents and covenants, together with a Recreational Easement Agreement between the Northgate Homeowners Association and Legacy Park Community Association. As a homeowner of Northgate you will be billed annually for your Amenities Usage fee due each January 1st by Legacy Park’s Association, and additionally by the Northgate Association for your annual Association fee. February 17, 2005 Board Meeting: Motion made by Jeff Miller that each committee of the HOA Board be required to hold open meetings, schedule the meetings, announce such meetings, take minutes and vote on issues within these meetings as the Board does in their meetings, following Robert’s Rules of Order.
