2025 Board of Directors Election Results

Congratulations to the two winners of the 2025 HOA Board Election: Michaela Hicks and Doug Tuchmann. They will serve a two-year term alongside current members David Kirkland, Nimesh Patel, and Keith Simington. A total of 467 votes were cast, representing 26.8% of Legacy Park property owners. The results are as follows:

Since it’s not feasible for the entire community to vote on every decision in Legacy Park, five elected members are entrusted with making decisions in the best interest of the community. These volunteers dedicate countless hours to overseeing the HOA’s operations, often sacrificing personal time for the benefit of all residents. Their role is not always easy, as they navigate challenging issues and address passionate concerns from homeowners. If you see them around, take a moment to introduce yourself and express your appreciation for their dedication and service.

In 2025, two of the five seats on the HOA Board of Directors will be up for election. The nomination period officially closed at noon on November 1, and the slate of candidates is now finalized.
